Get your little chef involved too!
what you need:
1 can chickpeas
2 cloves garlic
Handful plum tomatoes
cheese – mozzarella and grated cheddar
🥄Roast canned chickpeas with olive oil for 15 mins or until the shell breaks off 350F
🥄Sauté crushed garlic + onions together until onions become translucent
add diced carrots and diced plum tomatoes. Simmer for 10mins
add roasted chickpeas.
🥄Blend sauce with a splash of milk – done.
🥄Boil pasta, 8min or read box. (2 oogaa bowls use 5 pieces of standard lasagna noodles)
🥄Tip Put a little bit of sauce on the bottom of the bowls to “oil” them.
Add a layer of noodle, then sauce, then cheese (small cubes of mozzarella and grated cheddar) repeat until the cheese is at the top. 3 layers of noodles. (I think🤔) I cut the noodles in half on the first layer then cut them into pieces for the next 2 layers.
🥄Bake 350F for 20mins – done.
